A company is only as good as its team. That is why team spirit is very important at stappone. We are happy to welcome two new employees in finance and sales management.
People often forget how many employees work in the background of a high-quality product. It is only through their effective and professional cooperation that this product can reach a certain standard. We are pleased that behind our medically certified products STAPPONE Medical, STAPPONE Physio and STAPPONE Rehab stands a great team, which has recently grown by two more members.
Innovative products
The STAPPONE products consist of the intelligent stappone sensor insoles and the corresponding software or app. The insoles measure the patient’s foot pressure load, as well as movement-relevant parameters such as stride length and cadence and provide visual live-biofeedback of the foot pressure load on a tablet or PC (STAPPONE Physio, STAPPONE Medical) or visual, acoustic, and haptic feedback on a smartphone (STAPPONE Rehab).
This not only visualizes gait disorders and incorrect foot pressure load, but also gives patients the opportunity to train in a more targeted manner during their rehabilitation to return to everyday life more quickly.
Stappone is also successfully used in neurology. For example, at the Ambulanticum Herdecke, where the live-biofeedback enables stroke patients to practice a balanced load on the left and right side. Read more in the interview with occupational therapist Vanessa Kretschmer.
Professional extension of our team
Manuel Schumacher, who previously worked in accounting, will be responsible for finance at stappone. The native Tyrolean will complete his master’s degree in “Accounting, Auditing and Tax” alongside his work. What does he appreciate about stappone? “The good working atmosphere, flat hierarchies and the nice, international team! “
Ulrike Turner is our new Sales Manager for Eastern Austria. Coming from the pharmaceutical industry, she has worked in big companies for the last 25 years, mainly in the therapeutic areas of pulmonology, ophthalmology, and haemophilia. In contrast to the large structures, she is very happy to take new challenges in a smaller, innovative startup and to actively participate in shaping its future:
