The Consumer Technology Association (CES) will take place in Las Vegas from January 5 – 8, 2022. In addition to topics such as food tech and automotive tech, the trade show is also about digital health, robotics & machine intelligence. As an innovative MedTech company, stappone and its intelligent sensor soles are a perfect fit for the Las Vegas trade show. We are therefore pleased to announce that stapp one will be part of the Consumer Technology Association 2022!
Load management of the future
The intelligent stapp one sensor sole is a unique innovation. Inserted into a comfortable shoe it records a patient’s gait using an innovative pressure sensor technology. The corresponding medical software provides doctors and physiotherapists with wireless Live-Biofeedback of the patient’s foot pressure load and various other gait parameters. In this way, the therapeutic process can be monitored, which contributes to the effectiveness of the therapy. At the same time, each patient’s therapy sessions can be saved and compared, giving the opportunity to see and track success.
At the show we will present our new product STAPP ONE Rehab-App. In the field of orthopedics and neurology the intuitive app supports patients in load management. Patients insert the sensor soles into a comfortable shoe and start their individual training. If they exceed or fall below the set load limit patients receive a signal via the STAPP ONE Rehab-App on their smartphone. With this feedback patients learn how a foot pressure load of e.g. 20 kg feels like and stay within the load limit. In the case of orthopedic indications, this contributes significantly to wound healing.
